KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Automation Platform to join our Digital Labor Center of Excellence organization.


Responsibilities:


+ Recommend, implement, manage, and maintain the technology platforms that enable Digital Labor

+ Contribute technical considerations to the Digital Labor strategy, and participate in Executive Leadership buy in

+ Maintain proficiency on Digital Labor tools including recommendations, processes and procedures, and track enhancements

+ Create and maintain a reference architecture that enforces standards, guidelines, and leading practices

+ Lead, support, and guide counselees within the Digital Labor Center of Excellence and increase competency of Automation Engineers

+ Support and guide counselee communications to stakeholders, assessment of effort, and needs to complete deliverables


Qualifications:


+ Minimum of eight years of experience in an IT environment managing and supporting projects; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's from an accredited college or university is preferred

+ Demonstrated ability leading and managing teams through large programs and/or products with emerging Automation processes and improvement technologies

+ Experience in Systems and Application design and engineering; IT architecture and /or IT Research and Development; demonstrated expertise in Platform and Infrastructure as a service elements

+ Strong understanding and experience in development and troubleshooting various technologies including Cloud and Systems automation, enterprise networking, and encryption standards technologies

+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and judgement skills, with an ability to develop and present technology solutions to various audiences
