Audio Visual Technician
The Client Center Audio / Video Technician provides technology support to clients and discussion leaders and creates promotional content to advance Client Experience Center Engagements.


**Responsibilities include:**

* Provides pre-planning and day-of-event support to visiting clients and presenters including wireless access provisioning, device management, connectivity/compatibility, audio and hi-definition video conferencing and troubleshooting.

* Manage and maintain Signet servers and electronic signage displays. Insure news feeds and play lists are delivered according to marketing's instructions and that information is accurately displayed.

* Serve as Single Point of Contact for installations and issue resolution with Hugh's electronics, Signet, Cisco and other technology vendors.

* Initiate and maintain video content, electronic forms feedback process and monthly activity reports.

* Operate and maintain all aspect of CEC Video Recording Studio including lighting, sound, video recording, teleprompters, editing and special effects.

* Create social business campaigns customized to visiting clients.

* Daily activation, inspection and shutdown of all CEC lighting and AV systems.


**Requirements / Attributes:**

* Creative problem solver - Technically astute, familiar with Windows and Apple operating systems.

* Able to anticipate client requirements / deliver innovative offerings to enhance client experience.

* Experience with Video Conferencing systems, wireless and basic IP Networking.

* Skilled in video recording / production - experience with Final Cut Pro editing software preferable.

* Familiar with generating social media campaigns using Boolean expressions.

* Personable, courteous, calm under pressure, displays situational awareness with clients.

* Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills.


**Client Operations:**

Build packets for briefings.

Adjust physical room layout (furniture, Rolling TV carts, movable walls, dining rooms).

Video, web, audio conference test, setup, and monitoring.

Network administration (IDs, access, troubleshooting).


**Studio Operations:**

Test equipment (change/charge batteries, test lights, test mics, etc).

Schedule recordings.

Setup equipment (Lights, Camera, Mics, Subject, etc) and breakdown.


**Miscellaneous:**

Source and test new equipment.

Work with vendors for firmware updates and leading edge technology implementations.

Setup and test video conference devices with other CEC locations.

Setup and monitor All Hands Meetings.
